New patients typically spend about 60-90 minutes at their first visit. We'll never rush you or start treatment without your full understanding and consent.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
A step-by-step look at your first appointment
Check-In & Paperwork
Arrive 15 minutes early to complete your new patient forms. You can also download and fill them out ahead of time.

We'll take a full set of digital X-rays using low-radiation technology. These give us a complete picture of your oral health.

Comprehensive Exam
Your dentist will perform a thorough examination of your teeth, gums, bite, and jaw. This includes an oral cancer screening.

Insurance & Payment
We're in-network with most major PPO dental plans. If you don't have insurance, we offer our Alex Wellness Plan and flexible financing through CareCredit, LendingClub, and Sunbit.
New Patient Pricing
Most preventive visits are fully covered by insurance. Out-of-pocket costs shown are typical copays for in-network PPO patients.
